Instructions
Step 1
Mix the milk, breadcrumbs, sausage meat, and worchestershire sauce until well combined.
Step 2
Unfold the puff pastry (you will get two rectangles in the box - use the first one and then the other)
Step 3
Cut the pastry in half with a sharp knife from top to bottom (not sideways)
Step 4
Divide your sausage mixture into four equal sizes.
Step 5
Roll the mixture into a long sausage and place on top of the pastry.
Step 6
In a separate cup, beat the egg with a tablespoon of water.
Step 7
Brush the side of the pastry with the egg mixture, fold over the dough and seal by pressing down with the thines of a fork.
Step 8
Cut the long sausage roll in half and cut those halves in half again to get 4 sausage rolls.
Step 9
Brush with beaten egg and place in oven pan.
Step 10
Prick the pasty with a fork to allow the air to escape while baking.
Step 11
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 350*F
