Instructions

Step 1
Pour 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup milk into sauce pan on low heat. Then add your seasonings depending on how spicy you like it.
Step 2
Dice a quarter onion and grate your Parmesean. You can adjust how much if desired. Cut your chicken breast into chunks about 1/2 inch thick. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and add same seasonings as before. Massage into chicken breast and add to the pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle a bit of parmesan over chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes. serve over rice with veggies or eat plain.
