Instructions
Step 1
Soak 1 cup Tapioca Pearls in water for 4-5 hours and drain
Step 2
Peel and chop 2 Potatoes
Step 3
Crush 2 Green Chillies and 1 inch Ginger
Step 4
Coarsely crush 1/4 cup Peanuts
Step 5
Finely chop 1 tablespoon Cilantro
Step 6
Heat 2 tablespoon Ghee on medium heat
Step 7
Add 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds and let them crackle, crushed Green Chillies and Ginger paste, and 1 spring Curry Leaves

Add Potatoes and stir until they they are soft and done

Add Peanuts
Step 10
Add Salt
Step 11
Turn to low-medium heat, add Sabudana and stir well
Step 12
Add 1/2 teaspoon Sugar and stir well
Step 13
Close the lid and keep it for 4 minutes, then remove the lid and sprinkle some water and close it again and keep it for 2 minutes
Step 14
Add Lemon Juice and Cilantro
