Step 1
Take a cup of sabudana.

Soak it in water and wash thoroughly.
Step 3
Repeat washing it twice more to remove all the excess starch.
Step 4
Keep the sabudana soaking in an inch of water for 5 mins.
Step 5
Thoroughly wash the sabudana 2-3 times to ensure that all starch is removed. After washing, immerse the sabudana in 1 cup of water for 10 mins. Then drain the water, close with a lid, and keep overnight to soak.

In a blender, add roasted groundnut powder and 2 green chillies, or as per desired spice levels.

Blend for 3 seconds to a coarse powder.
Step 8
To the overnight-soaked sabudana, add the groundnut-chilli powder, salt, and sugar (optional) to taste.

Mix well and keep aside.

In a non-stick pan, take cooking oil and add cumin seeds.

Add small cubes of potato.

Fry well till the potatoes are cooked and you can push a fork through them.

Add the sabudana and mix well. Cook for 5 mins with a lid on, on low medium, and keep stirring continuously.

Garnish with fresh corriander and lemon juice, and serve hot for breakfast.
