Instructions
Step 1
Put feta, peppers, garlic, and spices in a food processor or high-speed blender, and process/blend until well combined.
Step 2
With blender/processor on low, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until texture gets creamy. (It will thicken more after sitting). Taste and add more vinegar until slightly tangy.
Step 3
Serve with raw, cut vegetables for dipping.
Step 4
Makes about 6 servings.
