Instructions

Step 1
1) cook noodles per package instructions- Drain & return to pan with a small amount of olive oil to avoid sticking
Step 2
2) cook beef or sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. - set aside.
Step 3
3) in a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, beaten eggs, mozzarella, and half mozzarella cheese, parsley and pepper - set aside
Step 4
4) spray Pam cooking spray on bottom and sides of 9x13 pan. Then spread Mid’s meat sauce to lightly cover bottom
Step 5
5) place lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, sprinkle lightly Italian seasoning, parmesan/Romano, mozzarella and ground meat. Repeat layers (usually 3)
Step 6
6) Top with provolone cheese slices, mozzarella and Parmesan & Romano grated cheese
Step 7
7) cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes
Step 8
8) uncover bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly
Step 9
9) let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
