Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine egg, bread, milk (or substitute), onion powder, red pepper, seasonings, salt & pepper.
Step 2
Once mixed add in ground beef & continue mixing.
Step 3
Pat mixture into a loaf pan.
Step 4
Put a thin layer of spaghetti sauce and cover top completely.
Step 5
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees until no pink remains.
Step 7
Bake loaf for 45-50 minutes.
