Set aside the arugula and spinach
Step 2
Slice up the rest of the ingredients and marinate over night
Step 3
Cook covered in oiled pot for about 15 minutes on medium
Step 4
Stir and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Toss in arugula, spinach, and nuts
Step 6
Garnish with roti, minced garlic, and parsley (optional)
