Vegan Homemade Pizza with a Tofu, Walnut and Mushroom mix, broccoli, and cauliflower.
If you desire, double the ingredients for the dough and for the sauce, so you can have 2 different pizzas.

100gwalnut
100gbaby bella mushrooms
1 tsporegano
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspvegan worcester sauce
1 tspapple cider vinegar
1 tspcoconut butter
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspcornstarch
1 Tbspall purpose flour
For the mozarella
50gcashew
30mlwater
1 tspcoconut butter
1 Tbspnutritional yeast
1 Tbspcornstarch
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspsalt

Instructions
For the dough
Step 1
Add the instant yeast into the water that is at around 36ºC or 96F, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar, and mix them. Slowly add the olive oil.
Step 3
Pass the water into that bowl, and mix it until the dough isn't sticky.
Step 4
Slightly grease another bowl with sunflower oil, and pass the dough into it, covering it.
Step 5
Let it rest for around 1 hour, or until doubled in size
For the ground beef:
Step 6
Start by pressing your tofu for around 20m.
Step 7
Freeze the tofu for a minimum 2 hours.
Step 8
In a food processor, add the walnuts, garlic gloves, oregano, black pepper, worcester sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, coconut butter, salt, and process them.
Step 9
Add the Mushrooms, the cornstarch, the flour, and process them again.
Step 10
Pass the tofu into a bowl, and mix it with the food processor mixture.
Step 11
Cook it in a pan at medium heat for around 5m.
For the sauce:

In a pot, add all the ingredients and let them cook for around 7m at high heat.

Grind the sauce and set it aside.
For the vegan mozarella:

In a food processor, add all the ingredients together, and process them. Set it aside.
For the broccoli and the cauliflower:

In a pot, cook the broccoli and the cauliflower in high heat water with salt, for around 7m.
Assembly:

On a flowered surface, shape the dough into your most desired form.

Add the sauce.
Step 18
Add the vegan mozarella.
Step 19
Add the ground beef.
Step 20
Add the broccoli and the cauliflower.
Step 21
Add the vegan cheese on top.
For the cooking:

In a pre-heated oven at it's max temperature, add the pizza for around 10m or until toasted.
