Instructions
Step 1
Turn on saute function on the Instapot and warm vegetable oil
Step 2
Add whisked egg and scramble until cooked
Step 3
Transfer eggs to a plate and set aside
Step 4
Add another tsp of oil and add garlic to saute
Step 5
Turn off saute function then pour in a bit of chicken broth to help scrape the bottom
Step 6
Pour in remaining broth and add diced chicken, carrots and rice in this order.
Step 7
Push rice down, but don't stir.
Step 8
Close lid and cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes with the keep warm setting off.
Step 9
Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes
Step 10
Remove lid and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and add peas and eggs and mix again.
