1 lb93% Ground Beef

15 ozkidney beans

14.5 ozdiced tomatoes

15 ozcan black beans

1 cuplow sodium beef broth
or beer, V8

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1yellow onion
small, chopped

2garlic clove
crushed

1habanero pepper
finely chopped

2jalapeño
medium chopped, one chopped and one rounds

1Serrano pepper
chopped

½ cupMexican cheese

½ cupFritos

green onions
Chili Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Cook ground beef in frying pan and drain (no seasoning/light salt)
Step 2
Chop peppers, garlic, and onions. Add everything to crockpot. Add 3/4 can of water (can of beans or tomatoes) and stir
Step 3
Put slow cooker on high for 1 hour. Stir frequently.
Step 4
Put slow cooker on medium for at least 4 hours.
Step 5
Refrigerate until next day. When serving, add cheese and Fritos.
