2 tspsesame oil
¼ cupdried red chili peppers
I couldn't find chili peppers so I used 1 green bell pepper and it came out great
1 tspgrated ginger
1 tspminced garlic
¼ cupcashews
For the Rice
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, pour the marinade over the chicken, and toss to coat.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil.
Step 3
Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until browned but not cooked through. Remove from pan.
Step 4
Heat the remaining 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the peppers, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, until the spices are aromatic.
Step 5
Add the chicken, cashews, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, water, and cornstarch to the pan. Stir until the meat is well-coated. Stir-fry for about 5 more minutes.
Step 6
Cook the ready rice and cauliflower rice according to package instructions, and combine. Serve with the cooked chicken.
