Instructions

Step 1
Prep gnocchi according to package. When fully cooked, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp olive oil.
Step 2
Place in the fridge. Let chill for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 3
When gnocchi is chilled, toss with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
When ready to serve, top with balsamic reduction and serve immediately.
