This simple yet delicious pasta is my favorite during the hot summer days. During the summer time I like to have simple meals and this is one of them. It has A few simple ingredients, it’s delicious And you can make it in no time.

Instructions
Step 1
1- Bring a pot of water to a boil add salt then the pasta and boil the pasta for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 2
2- In a skillet add olive oil let it get hot then add in the onions and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
3- next add the chili flakes, black pepper and give it a mix
Step 4
4- add in the tomatoes give it another quick mix cover and let it cook for about five minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Step 5
5- then you want to crushed tomatoes with a spatula, and then season it with salt to taste add in the fresh basil and mix
Step 6
6- the pasta goes in with a Cup of Parmesan cheese and one cup of pasta water, toss everything together really well and it’s done.
