Instructions

Step 1
Place a piece of butter in a freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, stir honey, lemon juice and sliced strawberries. Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add the dry , ground oats, spelt flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt, mix to combine.
Step 4
Grate your cold butter using a box grater over the dry mixture, gently stir with a wooden spoon.
Step 5
Pour the milk and maple syrup over the oat mixture and genly stir until soft dough is formed, and there's no dry flour visible.
Step 6
Scoop out the dough using a cookie scoop and place on a lined baking tray, you'll get 8 biscuits.
Step 7
Bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
Step 8
When it’s ready, add the strawberry filling and yogurt between 2 biscuits.
Step 9
Add toppings and enjoy!
