Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt & pepper.
Step 2
Heat pan on medium.
Step 3
Add steak, dripping and butter. Sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in eggs.
Step 5
Gently stir and fold eggs till it reaches desired doneness. Do not overcook.
Step 6
Top with chopped parsley and extra black pepper.
