Step 1
1. Pour a bag of colored curly pasta in a pot of boiling water. Cook uncovered for 8-9 minutes or until tender. Rinse in cold water and ice.

2. Place 1 or 1-1/2 pounds of chicken breasts on a plate or shallow bowl. Pour lemon juice over them with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Microwave approximately 5 minutes on each side or until cooked but juicy.

3. While the meat and pasta are cooking, cut 1 or 1-1/2 cucumbers and several stalks of celery into small chunks (for example, the cucumbers would be sliced and then quartered).
Step 4
4. Place the cooled pasta and diced chicken meat in a large bowl with the cucumbers and celery. Add parsley until the top of the bowl is covered. Add about 4 shakes of dill, basil, and seasoned salt, each. I'm always much more generous with the dill and basil than this!
Step 5
5. Mix in about 3 large tablespoons of mayonnaise and “some” more lemon juice. Add mayo and lemon juice to taste. Chill and enjoy!
Step 6
6. I sometimes add a little more lemon juice right before serving and after a couple days maybe just a bit more mayo to make it creamier.
