Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Clean and dry the yams, then prick them all over with a knife.
Step 2
Prepare the Nord Spices. Mix all of the spices together.
Step 3
Combine the stick of softened butter, molasses, and 1/4 of the Nord Spices together.
Step 4
Place yams directly on an oven rack placed in middle position with a baking sheet on the rack below to catch any drippings. Bake for 45 to 60 min. Remove from oven.
Step 5
Top yams with spiced butter and then sprinkle with goat cheese and parsley.
