Instructions
Step 1
Mix together your gochujang sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder and sesame oil.





Step 2
Add your marinade and chicken into a bowl. Cover and marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Step 3
After letting marinate, add your chicken into a baking dish.

Step 4
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 5
Keep the marinade and add a touch of olive oil.
Step 6
Toss in your carrots and mix well. Then add to the baking dish with your chicken

Step 7
Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Step 8
Serve chicken and carrots with your spinach (I just quickly sauté mine). If you like sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top. Enjoy!
