Roasted broccoli/chickpeas salad

Instructions
Step 1
Pre wash and dry the chickpeas overnight
Step 2
Lay them out on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil on top
Step 3
Pre heat the oven at 200F and bake for about 15mins until golden
Step 4
Wash and and cut the broccoli
Step 5
Roast them golden with some olive oil until golden for about 10mins
Step 6
Add some chili flakes and salt to top it off
Step 7
Mix together 1.5 tbs of lemon juice and 1 tbs of tahini, with a little bit of water - add it to a salad bowl
Step 8
Put together the broccoli, chickpeas, quinoa with some lettuce and add the dressing with some olive oil
