Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken and shred.
Step 2
Cook the shells and put aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl add soften cream cheese (room temperature) then mix in the chicken, sour cream, parmesan cheese, mushrooms, milk & salt pepper. mix well. Put aside.
Step 4
Pre heat oven to 350°
Step 5
In a bowl add cheddar soup and refill the can with milk and add. Mix until smooth. Add 1/2 the soup to the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 6
Stuff the shells with the mix and add to baking dish. Add the rest of the soup mix to the top of the shells.
Step 7
Bake covered @ 350° for 30 min. Uncover and bake 5-10 more minute
