Instructions

Step 1
Start by sautéing celery, onion, and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until soft.
Step 2
Stir in the cooked, shredded chicken to heat through.
Step 3
Pour in buttermilk and buffalo wing sauce. Add half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine and turn off the heat.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the chicken mixture with the roasted spaghetti squash. Spread the entire mixture evenly into a 9×13 pan.
Step 5
Top with mozzarella and blue cheese. Cover with foil.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and starting to brown.
