Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven, 350 F or 180 C.
Step 2
Grease your baking dish or, if you prefer, line it up with parchment paper.
Note: this recipe uses an 8-inch baking pan.
Step 3
In a large bowl use a whisk to combine the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Check my video to make your own oat flour here: https://youtu.be/YLu_X6qZvUE?si=Q3iXNudgHO15Qb6x&t=7
Step 4
In another bowl or a soup plate, smash your ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Combine them with the milk, the vanilla extract, and the apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
Step 5
Add the banana mixture to the large bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir with the whisk or spatula carefully until combined.
Step 6
Finally, add the chocolate chips and stir a little more. Leave some for decorating the top!
Step 7
Place the batter in the baking dish. Decorate your bread with more chocolate chips on top.
Step 8
Bake for 40 min until a toothpick comes out clean. Before cutting the bread let it cool for 30 min.
Step 9
Enjoy!
