Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Cook quinoa in water until soft and water is absorbed
3. Add quinoa, carrot, garlic, spices, chia seeds, mint and tahini to a large bowl and combine and season well.
4. Use your hands to form 6 fritters and place on a lined and greased tray
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes flipping half way through
