Broccoli and Paneer stir-fry ✨
350 cal - 22g protein | 26g fat | 10g carb
This simple broccoli paneer stir-fry takes less than 15 mins to make and is very comforting to eat. It is high on protein and perfect for low-carb dinners.
I love pairing it with some rice to make it a complete meal.
Paired along with With 1 Katori rice / small Chinese bowl - 450cal - 25 G protein | 22g fat | 37g carb
Recipe
1.5 cups broccoli chopped
100g Paneer
6-8 garlic cloves
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 - 1.5 tsp oil
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp water
Blanch the chopped broccoli in hot water with salt for 2-3mins.
Into a hot pan add 1 tsp oil, and fry the panner. Into the same pan, add minced garlic and red chilli flakes, and sauté for 2 mins on a medium flame. Make sure not to burn the chillies.
Add the blanched broccoli and salt, sauté for 2 mins. Now add 2 tbsp water, cover and cook for 3-4mins.
Once the broccoli is cooked, add the fried paneer and mix well. Check for salt and add if needed.
Serve hot.
