Instructions
Step 1
1) Let the rice cake sit in water for about 10 minutes and blanch in hot water for 45 seconds. Remove water and set it aside.

3) Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toss in the rice cakes. Stir-fry until the rice cake is golden-brownish.
