Ingredients
4 servings
500 gramspaneer
cut into small cubes
3Green chillis
1 inchginger
piece, cut length wise
2garlic cloves
cut length wise
1red bell pepper
cut into strips
1green bell pepper
cut into strips
1yellow bell pepper
cut into strips
1onion
sliced
1 bunchspring onions
Chopped, some for garnishing
mushrooms
optional
3 TbspTomato ketchup
2 Tbspsoy sauce
salt
to taste
1 tspMSG powder

Instructions
Step 1
Shallow fry the paneer cubes and keep them aside
Step 2
Heat a tbsp of oil in a wok, add the chopped chillis, ginger and garlic - sauté for a few seconds
Step 3
Then add the sliced onions and some chopped spring onions - stir fry them
Step 4
Then add peppers and mushrooms And mix well
Step 5
Add ketchup, soy sauce, salt and MSD powder to your taste and stir
Step 6
Then add the fried paneer and mix
Step 7
Sprinkle the rest of the spring onions on top and enjoy
