Instructions
Step 1
Create red sauce
In enamel cast iron dutch oven:
Heat olive oil, sear X3 sausage and pull out
Sautee garlic, onions x2
Add tomato paste, salt, pepper
Add Sauvignon Blanc
Cut sausage and add back
Add x1 can San marzano tomatoes and bay leaves Let simmer for 2 hours Check regularly and add water if needed
Step 2
Create bechamel
2 tablespoon of unsalted butter and flour
2 cups of milk
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Italian cheese and parmesan
Step 3
Whole box of rigatoni boil oil with olive oil, salt, pepper added for 12 minutes
Step 4
Mix red sauce, bechamel, rigatoni, add some mozzarella and Italian cheese.
Step 5
Put in baking dish cover the top with the rest of the cheeses
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 350 for 50 minutes
Step 7
Remove lid and bake more if the cheese isn't melted
