Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onion, and sesame seeds. Toss to mix well and place in fridge to keep cool.
Rice Base

Cook the Sushi rice by combining the water and rice in a pot. Simmer on low for about 15 minutes.

combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl

When rice is done, combine the dressing and cooked rice together in pot. Cover with lid to keep warm.

Microwave frozen edamame beans and add to rice mixture.
Siracha Mayo Dressing

Combine the siracha and mayo in a bowl and set aside.
Avocado Mixture
Step 7
In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, mango, cucumber, and lime juice and set aside.
Won Ton Crisps
Step 8
In a medium frying pan, heat the coconut oil.
Step 9
Add won ton wrappers and fry until golden brown on each side. Set on a paper towel to cool.
