Instructions

Rice

Step 1
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is clear
Step 2
Boil the water and add the rice Cook with a lid on low heat for 15min

Add the rice vinegar, salt and sugar and give it a quick stir Let the rice cool on a plate while preparing the other ingredients

Tofu

Step 4
Melt the peanut butter until liquid then add the soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and the seasoning Stir until well combined

Cut the tofu into thin slices The thinner the crispier they become

Heat up 3 tbsp sesame oil in a pan than add the tofu slices Reduce the heat to medium When golden brown add the sauce and let it simmer for 1 min

Burger

Step 7
Take a handful of rice and form it into a patty

Heat up 3 tbsp of sunflower oil in a pan than add the rice patties Fry until crispy and golden brown
Step 9
Chop the spring onion and cut the avocado into thin slices
Step 10
Spread the cream cheese on the first rice patty Top with the nori sheet, tofu, avocado and spring onions
Step 11
Finish with the sriracha mayo
