with zest keep seperated

preheat oven to 375
Step 2
reduce pasta sauce ~ 10min
Step 3
In food processor, finely chop mushrooms, 1 cup cashews and rosemary
Step 4
Saute mushrooms and cashews 3 min
Step 5
add chopped spinach, sautee two minutes
Step 6
remove from heat, stir in salt/pepper/lemon juice

Make hummus: in blender combine chickpeas, tamari, vinegar, salt and blend until smooth

blend 1 cup cashews/nutritional yeast/lemon zest/garlic powder/0.125 tsp salt

9x13 baking dish spread 1/4 tomato sauce
Step 10
cut noodles to fit and top with lasagne noodles, with 1/4" at edges to allow expansion

spread 1/2 hummus, 1/2 filling, 1/4 sauce

repeat one layer of noodles, remianing hummus, filling, 1/4 sauce
Step 13
top with noodles, remaining sauce
Step 14
sprinkle with "parmesean" and oregano
Step 15
cover pan with foil, bake for 50 min
Step 16
uncover and broil for 10 min

let stand for ~15 min
