Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into small chunks. Put oil in frying pan, red Thai paste and cook chicken
Step 2
Add stock cubes with water, thinly sliced peppers, onions and coconut milk. Cook for 10mins and then turn low and simmer for 15mins
Step 3
If too thick add water and serve with rice
