Instructions

Burger Patty

Step 1
Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 3
Again season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2min.

Burger

Step 4
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast them until golden brown.
Step 5
Slice the tomato, onion and pickle.
Step 6
Top the bottom bread half with the burger patty and pickles.
Step 7
Drizzle on the ketchup.
Step 8
Then top with the tomatoes, onions and salad.
Step 9
Spread the upper bread half with mayonnaise and stack it on the other half.
