Instructions

Step 1
Fry the mince in some oil. Once browned add the onion and carrot.
Step 2
Add tinned tomatoes, stock cube and enough water to cover the meat.
Step 3
Add mixed herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Leave to boil and for the sauce to thicken.
Step 4
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 5
Drain spaghetti and serve.
