Step 1
In a pot, add water and dashi stock bags.
Step 2
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove dashi stock bags.
Step 4
Add soybean sprouts, garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, fish sauce, salt & sesame oil.
Step 5
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Top with green onions. Enjoy!
