Move food to the bottom, add the white wine and fry: 1 minute, speed 1, 100 ºC, heating power 6.
Step 5
Move food to the bottom, add the watter, salt and pepper and let it cook: 14 minutes, speed 1, 100 ºC, heating power 6.
Step 6
Let it cool for five minutes in the cooking in the jar.
Step 7
Move to a bow and add mix the butter and the cheese.
