Tortellini Soup

9 steps
Prep:15minCook:35min
As the weather gets colder, nothing’s better than a warm bowl of soup! This recipe yields 4-6 servings and is great for freezing. It normally takes me about 30 minutes to make and I love making big batches of it. Feel free to add in any other veggies or meat, or substitute things. I’ve made this soup in the past with zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, and subbed out the sausage with rotisserie chicken. The possibilities are endless and I hope you give it a try!
