Instructions

Step 1
1、soak rice 2hrs,同时把干贝、虾仁 和蛏干 用温水(米水1:1) 泡软。

2、包菜切丝、carrot切米、五花肉切丁。

3、热锅凉油(多油),葱姜蒜干辣椒(捞出),放五花肉稍炒,肉炒到出油的时候放点盐巴,cabbage、carrot继续炒到包菜变软。
Step 4
4、add 干贝、虾仁、蛏干(with water)、海蛎,烧开后放味精、盐、白糖(放点糖口味会软)调好味 。
Step 5
5、transfer to rice cooker,放入泡好的米,加入适量开水, mix veg up。
Step 6
6、steam in rice cooker.
