Instructions

Step 1
Coarsely beat egg and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Add melted butter or oil.
Step 3
Mix flour and yeast separately, then mix half with the mixture.
Step 4
Gradually stir in the milk while adding the other half of the flour a little at a time (this will avoid creating lumps).
Step 5
No resting time is needed, just time to heat your pan over medium heat. Oil or butter the pan with paper towels.
Step 6
Using a small ladle or large sauce spoon, place "rounds" in the pan.
Step 7
When the bubbles appear and burst, turn the pancakes over and do not leave them on the other side for more than a minute.
