1 jalapeno
2 cloves garlic
1 15 oz can diced and preferably fire roasted tomatoes
1pc. chipotle in adobo sauce
2 Tbs. Lime juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
Put jalapeno and unpeeled garlic cloves in a dry pan and roast until blackened. Peel garlic and deseed jalapeno. Put all ingredients in cuisinart and pulse until desired consistancy.
