Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

Scramble eggs, salt, and pepper.

Put bread in toaster. (You can skip this step.)

Spread cream cheese on both slices a break.

In a Pan over medium heat, coat with cooking spray. Once Pan is hot, add scrambled eggs.

Cook eggs until done.

Place egg in between the 2 slices of bread.
