Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.

Make sauce by whisking together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.

Melt butter in large skillet and add chicken . Make sure both sides become golden brown. Make sure internal temp is 165 F.
Step 4
Add sauce to the cooked chicken and place in the oven for 5 minutes. While chicken is in the oven, turn on the broiler to bring it up to temp.
Step 5
Next place chicken into the broiler for about 4 minutes until tops are caramelized and slightly charred.
Step 6
Garnish with peanuts and cilantro if desired, then serve.
