Instructions
Step 1
Fry ground beef with onion powder and drain.
Step 2
Add ground beef back to pot and add 1 can of tomato juice.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and add elbow pasta.
Step 4
Add sugar and continue boiling until elbow pasta is done and sauce is thick.
Step 5
If sauce gets too thick you can add more tomato juice as needed. It is easier to add more than to remove it.
