For the yogurt dip
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes into 1cm cubes
Step 2
- Boil in salted water until soft (around 15 mins)
Step 3
- Mash with fork until fairly smooth
Step 4
- Add flour, herbs, a pinch of salt and mix until smooth
Step 5
- Roll out the mix onto a floured surface and roll out until about 0.5-1cm thick with floured rolling pin
Step 6
- Cut out 6cm circles (use tall glass)
Step 7
- Fry on each side until brown
Step 8
- Place on paper towel/draining rack to soak up excess oil
For the yogurt dip
Step 9
Chop chives with scissors and mix all together
