Step 1
Press Saute on Instant pot
Step 2
Add beef, onion, and garlic to instant pot
Step 3
Cook about 6 minutes or until beef is not longe pink, stirring frequently
Step 4
Add chili powder, oregano, and cumin; cook and stir for 1 minute
Step 5
Stir in macaroni, tomatoes, water, salt, and black pepper; mix well
Step 6
Secure lid and move pressure release valve to Sealing position
Step 7
Press Manuel and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
Step 8
When cooking is complete, press cancel and use quick release
