Roast cauliflower and chickpeas with a tahini dressing

Tahini dressing
4 tablespoonsTahini
Runny
1 clovegarlic
grated
0.5lemon
5 tablespoonswater
Warm
2 tablespoonsOlive oil

salt
pepper
½ teaspoonhoney
½ tablespoonSmoked paprika
Cauliflower and chickpeas
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dressing ingredients together until it thickens into an aoli oil paste. You may need to add extra water in.
Step 2
Add cauliflower and chickpeas to a baking dish, mixing in the spices and grating the garlic over the top. Squeeze with lemon juice. Mix ingredients evenly.
Step 3
Roast cauliflower and chickpeas in oven for 40 mins at 190 degrees until cauliflower is colouring.
Step 4
Serve with tahini dressing and a sprinkle of parsley.
