Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water
Step 2
Mash cooked potatoes add cream, butter, salt and pepper
Step 3
Lay out a spring roll wrapper, add a scoop of potato into the centre, roll and seal the ends with water
Step 4
Fry in deep fryer for 8 minutes or until crispy, or air fry for 8 mins at 200F
Step 5
Remove spring roll, add salt, shredded cheese and green onion
Step 6
Let cool down, then serve with a side of sour cream!
