Instructions

Step 1
Brown the onion, then move to casserole dish, followed by the chicken and then the carrots and potatoes, moving to the casserole dish each time.
Step 2
Move all ingredients to the wok. Add the jar of sauce plus 2-3 jars of water per jar of sauce.
Step 3
Sprinkle 2 spoons full of curry powder, mix and bring to boil
Step 4
Heat oven to 200°C
Step 5
Move to casserole dish and put into the oven
Step 6
Cook for at least 1 hour.
