Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Chop 1/4" off of garlic and remove papery outer layer of skin. Drizzle garlic with olive oil in loosely wrapped foil. Roast for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool. t
Step 2
Heat butter in pan. Add onions and salt. Cook until caramelized. Let cool.
Step 3
Combine ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
