Step 1
1. Mix yogurt and flour to make the dough, then put some normal flour on the table and on the rolling pin to make sure the dough doesn't stick to them
Step 2
2. Spread maple syrup and cinnamon on top of the dough and roll it up
Step 3
3. Cut the big roll in 8 tiny ones (easier if you let it set a bit in the fridge before cutting) and put them in the oven for 180°C for 20 minutes

4. I didn't make any icing, but of course you can add it. Enjoy!
